15% VAT (on daily rate only)
TERMS OF BUSINESS
A deposit of 50% of the daily rate value or 30% of the package amount will secure your safari.
In the event of a client cancelling a safari less than 6 months (180 days) prior to the commencement date of the safari, the deposit will be forfeited if the dates cannot be rescheduled to alternate date/s within the same season.
Safaris postponed/cancelled more than 6 months prior to the commencement date of the hunt will see full deposit value transferable to the following season. Trophy rates will be set at that of the season the hunt takes place in unless daily rates or packages are settled in full to lock in rates for the following season.
Balance of the daily rate or package fees is payable on commencement of your safari. Trophy fees and extra animal on package deals are payable at the end of the safari.
Payment can be made in cash, bank draft or credit card.
